Arizona real estate deals, there are two sides to each property purchase, the Buyer and the Seller (obviously). The agent for the buyer is paid for from proceeds the seller receives once the transaction closes escrow and is recorded at the county recorder's office. It should not cost a buyer anything upfront or out of pocket to be represented by an agent. This is especially important if you want to make a Spec home or New Home purchase direct from a Builder. Walking in to a Model Home's open house without an agent will leave you unrepresented. Once you've registered there, you no longer can have an independant agent work for you, unless you want to cover the costs personally. Why should you have an agent?
