Arizona homes for sale are compiled together in our local Arizona MLS called ARMLS® (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service® ). Home Listings Arizona (thru Tony Pomykala and Patricia Roos - Arizona real estate licensees) subscribe to ARMLS®  in order to provide you, the home shopper, an up to date list of available homes for sale in the Arizona real estate market. Condominiums and Lofts are increasing in popularity, and ARMLS lists them, townhouses and apartment style condos right alongside the houses in their residential homes for sale listings. A popular segment in real estate of Arizona are the foreclosure homes for sale. Even though the bottom of the real estate crash is gone, there are still a few bargains to be found. My Arizona Mansions website showcases the top luxury homes for sale in Arizona. There you can see the most expensive luxury homes on the market right now, state wide.
Moving to Arizona? I provide a free MLS search on this real estate web site! Although the primary coverage of the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service is Maricopa County and Pinal County, homes from all around the state are marketed for sale through all participating Arizona real estate brokerages. I am always just a phone call or text away (602) 290-6217 or a click of an email if you need help. No pressure, no hassles. I won't call you unless you give me your phone number and ask me to. Of course I want to help you buy your home, but I will do it at your pace. When you are ready to buy a home, I do want to be the Realtor you choose. Keep in mind that 97% to 99% of the home listings you find on the Arizona real estate MLS search here are not my listings, but those of the entire Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service! That means that I would be working entirely for your behalf in those cases. Best of all, you don't have to pay me or my partners for our services because  a buyers' Realtor gets paid directly out of a commission pool set aside by whichever seller you buy from (that was agreed on contractually at the time they listed their home for sale with their real estate agent).Home Listings Arizona homes for sale

STEP 1 to buying a house:
If financing your purchase, prequalify with a mortgage lender first. This is critical. Don't watch your favorite house get bought out from under you because you weren't ready! Also, this will tell you how much home you can afford, based on the monthly payment you want and qualify for.

In
Arizona real estate deals, there are two sides to each property purchase, the Buyer and the Seller (obviously). The agent for the buyer is paid for from proceeds the seller receives once the transaction closes escrow and is recorded at the county recorder's office. It should not cost a buyer anything upfront or out of pocket to be represented by an agent. This is especially important if you want to make a Spec home or New Home purchase direct from a Builder. Walking in to a Model Home's open house without an agent will leave you unrepresented. Once you've registered there, you no longer can have an independant agent work for you, unless you want to cover the costs personally. Why should you have an agent? Because the Builders are always sending us incentives, discounts and promotions for our buyers if we bring our clients to them to buy a home. We know how to save you money, and you don't even have to pay for us. Going unrepresented means the builders won't tell you all the offers and discounts and allowances they could have given you, because you are already there, why should they?! We can, and will get you the best deal we can. It's a no brainer.

In today's active and fast changing Arizona real estate market, finding the best professional Arizona real estate agent to help you sell or buy is crucial. 3 prestigious communities in the East Valley we can help you in are Ocotillo, Fox Crossing, and Fulton Ranch.

About The Valley of the Sun and Arizona

The Phoenix metropolitan area of Arizona is still among the fastest growing real estate markets in the world.  Every month many thousands of people are moving into our neighborhoods' homes, abandoning their old lives and eagerly joining our desert paradise.  They see a really great potential for a better life, as the area is enjoying continued growth. Phoenix , Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Tempe and many of the suburbs have long been a highly desirable vacation utopia, and the area has emerged as a cultural hub for many different relocating groups. Many arrive via Sky Harbor International Airport and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is growing fast too. Thousands of RV's and campers journey here every year.  With natural beauty all around, how can someone not feel the real attraction to Arizona ?  Moving throughout the State, one finds breathtaking views in many areas. Northern Arizona's  Grand Canyon , just a short drive from Flagstaff, is one of the most visited attractions in the entire world, topping countless listings of must-see places! The climate in Arizona ranges greatly, from the deserts of the southwest, to the snowy high country of the mountains in the north and east, and all within reasonable driving distance.  Sports fans have a full spectrum of events year round, and when the rest of the country is hibernating in their snow, the sportsmen and golfers come here to play.  The cities of Gilbert and Chandler in the east valley, and Glendale and Peoria in the west valley, are especially seeing really incredible growth and development. New homes are still being built, and subdivisions are springing up. Not to be outdone, Scottsdale has maintained its growth as well. The Grayhawk community is a fine example.  Scottsdale and Paradise Vly continue to be the leaders in upscale, affluent homes, but other cities are vying for recognition on the list of "millionaire neighborhoods" such as in Ahwatukee,  Carefree, Cave Creek, and even PaysonReal estate is changing hands, and that is where I come in….to help you find your new home before someone else finds it before you do. If you decide to take advantage of Home Listing Arizona's free Property Alert notification service, we can email you immediately when a home matching your needs appears on the MLS!!  If you like that home, we can move forward very quickly to place a purchase offer for you.

If you have a home that you need to sell in the Phoenix metro area, I can make real sure your home is showcased not only to our home areas, but also throughout the world, because your home could very well be the one house that someone out there might really want to buy to move here!  This is a great place to start when you are ready to list your home for sale on Home Listings Arizona with me or one of my associates.
